Great read for anyone that lives with a middle schooler or is trying to teach a middle schooler!  Though slightly dated at this point in terms of the kids’ use of technology, the characters and their thoughts ring very true with the middle schoolers that I know.  Probably should be one of those texts that gets mailed to you with your first teaching contract that you get when you’re hired to work in a middle school (or the month before your son or daughter enters the sixth or seventh grades).
